Eucaro Buntmetall GmbH
EUCARO BUNTMETALL GmbH was founded on 01.01.1993 as a sales subsidiary of Buntmetall Amstetten GmbH, Austria. Since then, our stock in Bremen has been used to supply our worldwide customer base with the seawater-resistant and readily weldable alloy:
EUCARO® 10 = CuNi10Fe1,6Mn
Our production sites in Austria, Enzesfeld Caro Metallwerke AG and Buntmetall Amstetten GmbH, together with their permanent staff of 700 employees, produce 60.000 tons of copper and copper alloys in the form of tubes, bars, wires and profiles.
Today, both companies belong to the Wieland Group, a worldwide leading producer of copper and copper alloy semi-products.
In Bremen we produce and stock on average 400 tons of pipes, bars, sheets and fittings in order to quickly fulfil the requirements of the international markets.
With a staff of 42 and the support of our foreign representativs we export 70 % of our production.
Our Quality Management System is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
We set high technical standards for our products and make every effort to continuously improve them. Very good weldability and cold forming properties are always our top priority.
