TBU supplies the full Vestec air treatment range — ensuring clean, dry compressed air that meets the requirements of your onboard systems
Compressed air filters
Aluminium filters up to 16 bar. Removes oil, water, and particulates for ISO 8573-compliant air quality.
Refrigerant dryers
Lowers pressure dew point to +3°C. Protects downstream equipment from moisture damage.
Desiccant dryers
Heatless and heat-regenerated variants. Achieves dew points down to −40°C for critical instrument air.
Air receivers
Pressure vessels for buffer storage. Available in multiple volumes with pressure ratings to match your system.
Compressor lubricants
VMC-approved synthetic coolants and oils for optimal compressor performance and extended service intervals.
Hull air lubrication

Marine Compressor Maintenance & Support
As the official Vestec service station for the BeNeLux, TBU handles installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Installation & commissioning
- TBU engineers install and commission new VMC compressors onboard — coordinated with yard schedule or port stay.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled service including genuine VMC service kits. Simple logistics, correct parts, minimum downtime risk.
- Emergency repairs
- Available for urgent call-outs. Onboard service or repair at our Rotterdam workshop depending on scope.
Genuine spare parts
VMC service kits and spare parts held in stock in Rotterdam. Fast delivery anywhere in BeNeLux.
